I joined Matt Randall's a couple months ago. At first I thought I was only learning self-defense but after a few classes I realized how what I learned in class flowed over to my daily life, helping to motivate me to do more and better at everything I set my mind to. I enjoy class so much I have enrolled my daughter who only loves it and has learned more focus and respect in her daily life as well. I strongly recommend Matt Randall's Black Belt Academy for all ages and especially family to do together.

My six years old son Adam joined Matt Randell"s Black Belt Academy a couple of months ago and his attitude has greatly improved. He enjoys going to class every week. The instructors are very motivated to help you learn and they are very up beat so they can keep your attention in class. I would highly recommend Matt Randells Blackbelt Academy to anyone who is interested in getting into the martial arts. Sincerly, Catherine Beaupre

I've loved mixed martial arts for a long time now, but only recently did my friend Stefan invite me into the class at the academy. And only recently did I discover what the martial arts are really about, discipline, respect and honesty. Since joining the academy I have been told that I have improved in many aspects of my life. My dad was the first to notice that I now have a much easier time approaching strangers and introducing myself than I previously had. My confidence in myself has sky rocketed, and I now feel comfortable in many situations that I would have been uncomfortable in before. I have become more of an honest person now, and I see many things in my life progressing as well. Since joining MRBBA, my grades have actually gone up. I now have a 3.1 GPA and am proud of my improvement over time. I also have learned to handle things better. I used to be a very emotional kid, and would get flustered fairly easily. But now I'm stronger and I know how to effectively manage my thoughts and emotions. I have to give a sincere thank you to everyone at MRBBA for helping me achieve all of this, and hopefully more in the future.

I had the privilege of joining the team of judges for the belt rank testing on Wednesday. For those of you who did not attend, we have formalized our testing process to improve our accountabilty as students and instructors. It was a great experience to see the incredible progress that our elite team of martial artists are making. Although it would seem that the pressure was on the testing students, I really felt like I was on the hot seat at this event. Although our students performed extremely well within their experience brackets, I frequently found myself thinking, could I have done just a little more to help them prepare? Did I see things at the judges table that I didn't see in a class? Can I bring the training to a new level? I will answer those questions in the weeks to come before the next belt test date. As I close in on my first anniversary of instructing classes at the academy, I will say that the most rewarding experience is having a parent who commits lots of time with their sons or daughters in classes approach you to tell you the class that they just watched was awesome.

Since joining Matt Randall Black Belt Academy, I have notice significant changes in both my son and husband. They have begun to think more about being in better shape and taking care of themselves. As well as having more discipline in achieving goals. They are able to set and achieve goals that help them with chores around the house.

My 5 year old just started at Matt Randalls and she loves to practice at home. She is really enjoying herself and I never knew how confident she could be until I saw her in class. Please add this to you testimonial page for Mak.

I have enjoyed my three years thus far of training at MRBBA. It is a great compliment to my yoga practice. I always feel challenged to work harder at improving my skills. Whether its moving faster, achieving better balance, or feeling confident I know what to do in certain situations, the instructors are always there to offer guidance.

I first enrolled my son's Raymond and Dakota so they could learn discipline and self confidence. Then I decided I didn't want to be just another parent sitting back and watching my kids having all the fun. So now it's family time. We are all learning the self confidence that we have been lacking. I want to say thank you for having such a great staff and instructors. You all make going to MRBBA worth it. I really enjoy how you get all of the students involved. Thank you Master Randall for such a great place.

Before joining MRBBA a few months ago, I was having a lot of trouble listening in school and having a hard time with self-control. My teacher called my Mom in every few weeks to talk to her about this. My Mom thought that joining a sport would be good for me, and I let her know that I really wanted to learn Tae Kwon do. I'm so glad that we did it - training at MRBBA is so great! I feel energized and excited when I walk in the door, and after class I can't wait until my next class. The instructors are the best teachers I've ever had in my life, and it's really an honor to be around them. They are patient and they encourage us all of the time. MRBBA helps us become leaders. The extra events are fun, too! The Black Belt Leadership conference was amazing! Ever since I started training, my listening and self-control skills have gotten better, and so has my attitude. My school teacher is really happy for me, and keeps telling my Mom how much better my behavior is. Even my older sister thinks I'm sort of cool now. Michael Brown, Age 7.

(heres the rest of my message.) in total it was over 2000 characters, and I couldn't get it in. Tae kwon do isn't only for Adults or Just Children, Or men or just women, I seen both men and women do it, and people of all ages. Tae kwon do also is funny because it's also a family Activity in which i see theres a lot of family Rivalry. But No one gets hurt. most of the time. but it's only in the family, I see twins do it, mothers and sons, and then there are fathers with their sons and aunts. A fun thing is that people are encouraged to bring their friends, And I have brought so many it's not funny. It's so fun to do it with your friends. And people who really want to be, and have learned enough they can learn to be an instructor. I would have to say our youngest instructor, ( and quite the most evil when it comes to warm ups) Is in began in 5th grade, and Then there are many others also. Like Mr.Bell, Master Lindquist, Mr.Dobson, Mr. Lane, Mrs. Lane, Mr. Paltrineri, and so many more wonderful people. I strive to be an instructor someday and hopes to see many people work hard. I have just recently been Asked to join the SWAT team, in which are a lot like assistant instructors, I don't know much about them but I heard it's a lot of fun and I can't Wait to get started. I would have Thank everyone who's worked so hard for the academy to make it as awesome and EPIC as it is. and I thank my parents for supporting me and my family. And With that, i can really just summarize it in one sentence. Matt Randall's Black Belt Academy is the most awesome "school"/ dojang I've ever been to and it changed my life for the better. I would recommend doing it, i would recommend enrolling your family and telling your family members about it, cause it's worth it. I love this place, and Tae-Kwon-Do is my sport that I don't ever want to give up.
